REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only issued for defective or wrong items.
Exchanges may be accepted for size issues, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the fault is on our side.
No Returns on Sale or Custom Items:
EXCHANGES
We have a 7 day exchange policy for regular-priced items within the UAE, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange on regular-priced items, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We kindly ask that you take care while trying on your items as any items returned to us with makeup or any other markings, stains, or smells will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are required to cover any applicable shipping costs for the return. Customers are also responsible to ensure we receive the product at our return address. We are also unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping for the order you wish to return.
Please note if you refuse delivery under any circumstance (for international or UAE orders), we will not be able to refund the order. In the event that the shipment is returned to us due to non-payment of duties/taxes when applicable, we will not be able to issue a refund as we will be fined as well.
Please note that IMAARA THE LABEL reserves the right to refuse any exchanges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be canceled once placed as all our products are handmade on order specifically for the customer.
